Antidoping Norway will aid The Norwegian Ski Federation review

The Norwegian Ski Federation (NSF) has asked Anti-Doping Norway to aid them on medicine practice on the cross country teams.

NSF might also involve other external partners to ensure that their review is independent and credible. - It is of course crucial for us that this review is carried out and managed by people who are not in any way affiliated with the federation, says cross-country committee chairman, Thorbjorn Skogstad in a press release from NSF. The cross-country committee is responsible for the review of medicine usage among the athletes. This week the Norwegian broadcaster TV2 published a story where anonymous cross-country skiers claimed they had been offered asthma medicine even though they were not feeling sick.
