Austrian NADA investigates Judic


In a press release NADA Austria informs that their Law Commission has started investigating swimmer Dinko Judic for missing an unannounced doping test.

 

The Austrian swimmer refused to be tested after complaining about the hygienic conditions at the facility. The Law Commission at NADA Austria is now investigating if the athlete violated a federal law or the WADA code. A hearing will be held within eight weeks.
